Tin Chuen International Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1998 by Dr. Joseph Lui and Mr. Lui Hon Chuen, both are registered Chinese medicine practitioners in Hong Kong. The Company is committed to the development and promotion of modern Chinese medicines and health supplements formulated by Dr. Joseph Lui.
